Deffkoptaz and lolcats
Please compare the accent on these two:
I just wondered who was first to speak funny English: The Games Workshop Orkz Boyz or the lol cats. Any idea?
However I just wanted to mention, that I visit Felix´s wargaming blog often although I am not in 40K and Warhammer stuff. But Felix has an very interesting view on the topic and shows many interesting pictures. Thanks for that.
For sure Felix did not invent orkish speech nor lolcat speech. I just wondered.
Great Desert Terrain selfmade on Guerra del Anillo
Since I saw Frank Becker´s Sudan rock terrain tiles made from ready made aquarium terrain I am very fascinated by sand and wind formed rocks. La Guerra Del Anillo shows Boel´s article "Rocas de Harad y Rhûn" on how these very special kind of rocks can be made with simple materials. Great reading!
Outstanding inspiration Blog: BibliOdyssey. - From Konstanz to Jerusalem

BibliOdyssey is an blog which shows old and really old book illustrations on a very regular basis. The findings of author peacay are absolutely wonderful, many of those pictures may inspire us wargamers or painters very much. I think it is very important not to foucus strict on the hobby in the web but to visits sites talking about art and history as well.
Since I am always fascinated of the crusades, I was pleased to see that Konstanz to Jerusalem post, the city and ship illustrations were great. For sure I am in an earlier epoche but the fascination of european men for Jerusalem can bee seen in that book either.
Spodding – a highly recommended Blog by Dargorlad

Since I am a big fan of Lord of the Rings and a player of the strategy tabletop game I visit www.one-ring.co.uk on a regular basis. Dargorlad who is running this site is famous for his excellent models he created for LotR. Eversince I am doing this hobby e.g. his Edoras walls inspired me a lot. Now he is running his own weblog containing really great models, too. You should definetly visit spodding, his blog for really strange wargaming and great scenery stuff.
