Honey Stuart 16th/5th Lancers Platoon

Some tiny addition to my british armoured company. The Honey Stuarts will help to attack infantry and they are great for threatening mission objectives.

I painted some light tanks in order to provide some anti infantry firepower in my tank company. So far I painted 5 Sherman III tanks for the 16th/5th Lancers.

Since I really enjoyed playing a tank company after playing Motorised Infantry and Infantry companies for years I added this Platoon.

I do not have a photo showing that the lancers painted their light tanks in this manner, too. I just decided to paint them like this, because it will look nice.

However the camouflage is definitly authentic for Sherman III tanks in Tunisia.

I used the brand new brown and black Shades by vallejo and battlefront in order to blackline the model. It worked perfect and it was very very easy to detail the models.
