It has been a long time since I last worked on my Crusader force. In the meanwhile I managed to get my first complete unit finished.

I used to think about a magnet basing system. Unfortunately it did not work very well, it took ages to prepare and I think Field of Glory needs another scale besides 28mm. Therefore and for the reason that Frank Bauer and Grimm showed me their WAB forces I decided that all I did was too complicated.

Finally I found my way to base the miniatures:

3 Multibases for the front and single miniatures in the rear in order to be used in Skirmish games as well.

I used Plastic card for the Regiment base. I added a metallic foil and glued quarter rods made of polystyrol as a base corner. It worked excellent far more elegant than the Warhammer Multibases and a little bit nicer than the mere Magnet bases.
